What also sets Kenya's coffee aside is their coffee bean washing process, which involves removing the skin (called pulping), and then fermenting the beans for 12 to 24 hours. They are then rinsed and soaked again in fresh water overnight. This "double-soaking" process gives their beans unique attributes valued by coffee drinkers everywhere!
