We understand that sometimes you might not be satisfied with the coffee we sent you. Let us know what about your order is not meeting your expectations and we will do our best to elevate your experience with Wodehouse & Strong Coffee Co.

Due to the nature of our products, we ask that you do not return the coffee we sent you, whether it is open or not. (This applies for first-time Wodehouse & Strong Coffee Co. customers only.)

For existing and returning customers, if you do happen to receive an order that is damaged or is not what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours (two days) for an exchange. We cannot accept any requests for exchanges or refunds after 48 hours.

Unless the product you receive is damaged because of an incident incurred whilst the coffee was in shipment, shipping costs will not be refunded.
